Responsibility :

• Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
• Work closely with operational and sales team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major (preferable from logistics/managament transportations)
• Fresh graduate with internship experience are welcomed to apply
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages will be plus point
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
• High curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Placement in branch office Surabaya
• Able to join as soon as possible
