Procurement AdministratorResponsibilities :
- Handle purchasing request, RFQs, and vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing.
- Manage purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice receipt and daily procurement activities.
- Track orders, deliveries, to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle the import process, customs documents (such as PIB), duty-free forms, and applicable regulations.
- Work with other department to provide information on procurement process and transactions.
Qualifications :
- Min. D3
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
