Procurement Administrator

Responsibilities :

  • Handle purchasing request, RFQs, and vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing.
  • Manage purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice receipt and daily procurement activities.
  • Track orders, deliveries, to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Handle the import process, customs documents (such as PIB), duty-free forms, and applicable regulations.
  • Work with other department to provide information on procurement process and transactions.


Qualifications :


  • Min. D3
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • ⁠1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
