Talent Acquisition Support Staff- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill manpower requirements according to business needs.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, campus recruitment, communities, or networking.
- Perform CV screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the talent pool database.
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities, training institutions, and recruitment vendors.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and deliver recruitment reports (e.g., candidate status, time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Propose and implement improvements in the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (fresh graduates with HR internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
- Proficient in using recruitment tools such as job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
