  10. Memastikan kepatuhan pada prosedur internal terkait administrasi keuangan dan laporan cabang.


Kualifikasi:

  • Memiliki sikap kerja yang baik.
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Akuntansi / S1 Akuntansi / Ekonomi Manajemen.
  • Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi dan penginputan jurnal.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola laporan transaksi harian, piutang, dan mutasi bank.
  • Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Excel (formulasi & data analysis).

Job Description Summary :

Project Engineer will work under a project manager and will be involved in the whole project life cycle, ie from initiation to closure of the project. He/she will work together with project manager to ensure that the project is completed according to existing procedures, work schedule, drawings and specifications as well as contract requirement.


Job Description :

  • Review all engineering documents, technical specification and drawings issued by the engineering team for the assigned project
  • Coordinate with project management team on site and engineering team at head office in resolving any engineering and design related issues
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure the project is executed and any issues is resolved according to the agreed procedures timelines and work schedule
  • Work together with project manager in the project planning execution and monitoring throughout the project duration and provide a routine project progress report to sub division head and division head
  • Work together with project manager in identifyng changes in issues risk and opportunity that occur throughout the project, and in providing lessons learnt at the end of the project.


Job Requirement :

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Having min 3 years of working experience

  • Willing to be located in Lampung

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal department and provide service support to customers and stockist

  • Monitoring of all deliveries to customers on time by liasing with Logistics & Production
  • Monitoring of any complaint login and follow ups
  • Assist in marketing strategy like exhibitions,trade fairs,technical sales, seminars,visiting customers / stockist etc..
  • New customers,ensure credit and repayment terms are set and Credit Application Form daily filed and approved before filing
  • Strict monitoring of Debtors control to ensure all credit and repayment terms are adhered
  • Reminders are duly sent out and legal actions taken against bad defaulters
  • Collections are closely monitored to achieve monthly projected collections
  • To achieve departmental and company level KPI at all times
  • Product rationalization info is duly passed to sales coordinators / Product Planner on affected finished goods
  • Ensure all procedures comply with existing ISO standards and records updated
