About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Own Platform Officer to strengthen our E-Commerce team. This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience managing brand-owned sales platforms and is eager to take ownership of category performance, stock accuracy, and daily sales activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring our own platform delivers a seamless shopping experience and contributes significantly to revenue growth.

In this role, you will get to :

• Manage and review sales performance across product categories on our own platform.
• Oversee and update brand sites per product category, ensuring product information, pricing, and visuals are always accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure alignment between inventory and live products.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance at SKU level, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Plan and monitor category-based promotions to maximize conversion and sales.
• Supervise end-to-end order processes—from placement to delivery—ensuring they meet service level standards.
• Lead and activate daily sales activities to boost platform engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.

What you will Need to Succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing E-Commerce / Own platforms, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful E-Commerce strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
• Analytical skills with hands-on experience in SKU-level performance tracking and reporting.
• Familiar with digital sales activation and campaign execution on brand-owned platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.
